After your order is fulfilled and packaged, it will be shipped via FedEx Express.
All domestic and international packages will require signature confirmation. Orders generally ship Monday through Friday only. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. If the purchased item is not in stock, it may take up to 3-4 weeks for production. A full refund is available up to 14 days after purchase if this timeline is not suitable.
Multiple items ordered under a single order may not always ship together. In the case of multiple shipments for an order, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. To ensure a safe and secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. International buyers will be responsible for any import fees and/or taxes.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card OR the address confirmed on your PayPal account.

RETURN POLICY
Please read carefully before making your purchase. All orders made through this online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by the client (you). Given that all of our Products, whether Shop Products or Custom Products, take several days, weeks or even months to create, we do not offer any returns or refunds for any of our Products that you purchase. However, some articles may be accepted for partial store credit or exchange if returned in salable condition within 10 days from the date received. Buyer will be held responsible for any restocking fees and/or reconditioning fees, plus all shipping fees as they are non-refundable. Absolutely no refunds on custom engraved merchandise or any custom designed work.
In the unusual event that you receive a Product that arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately by emailing hello@skrillandco.com. Such notice must be sent no later than twenty-four (24) hours after you receive delivery, and must include your name, email address, and a picture and written description of the damaged Product. You must also return the damaged Product to us, at the address below, at your cost. We will discard and will not respond to any damage notice that does not comply with these requirements. If the received order was faulty or damaged, we will properly meet obligations under the applicable laws.
PERSONALIZED ENGRAVING
Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery of jewelry with a custom engraving. Note we will not allow returns or exchanges on custom jewelry that has been custom engraved.
Please remember returns may be accepted within 10 days from the received date for an exchange or store credit only. Shipping fee is non-refundable, unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and come in original package and must be approved. Please read and understand the full Refund Policy before continuing with your order.
